The Committee on Power Rotation in Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency, Delta State, has called for equitable representation and a renewal of leadership in the area.
The committee made the call in a statement issued on Tuesday by its Chairman, Chief Binaebi Keboh, the Ebe-Ebidouara of Kabowei Kingdom, alongside Mr Perezilagha Orutu.

Surveyors in Lagos State must actively participate in politics and governance to promote value-driven leadership and national development, the guest speaker, Mr Adewusi Ademola, has said.
Ademola made this call at the 2026 Annual General Meeting and Luncheon of the Association of Private Practising Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), Lagos State branch, held in Magodo. The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has warned against planned political rallies in Uyo on Saturday, 28 March 2026, stating that no approval has been granted for the events.

According to him, the party lacks the political, ideological and structural foundation required to gain relevance in Bayelsa State or across the wider Niger Delta region. He described its positioning as a fallacy driven by personal ambitions rather than collective progress.
