Tunisia forward Mohamed Ali Omri has joined PS Sakiet Edda from Olympique Beja on a free transfer, completing his move to the Ligue 1 club on 3 August 2026.
The 24-year-old centre-forward makes the switch after a spell with Olympique Beja, having joined the club from Club Africain earlier in 2026. His arrival gives PS Sakiet Edda an experienced attacking option with a record of appearances in Tunisia’s top flight and domestic competitions.
Omri has made 51 Ligue 1 appearances during his career, scoring four goals and providing three assists. He has also featured in the Ligue I Pro Playout and Ligue I Pro Playoff, while adding goals in both the Tunisian Cup and the CAF Confederation Cup.
His most recent move to Olympique Beja followed his time with Club Africain, where he returned after a loan spell at JS Omrane. Before that, Omri spent the 2023-24 campaign on loan at US Ben Guerdane, gaining further top-flight experience away from his parent club.
Omri was part of the Club Africain squad that won the Tunisian Champion title in the 2025-26 season. He began his senior career after progressing from Club Africain’s under-21 side and has remained involved in the Tunisian domestic game throughout his career.
The right-footed striker stands 1.86m tall and will continue his career in Ligue 1 with PS Sakiet Edda. Mohamed Ali Omri’s free transfer from Olympique Beja was completed on 3 August 2026.
